Common Hiring Application

Instead of completing separate applications for each company, submit your information once and connect directly with local employers hiring for part-time and full-time positions.

The MCWN provides free job search assistance, career coaching, training grants, and resume support for individuals seeking employment. Whether re-entering the workforce or transitioning into a new career, MCWN connects job seekers with local employers and funding opportunities that help remove barriers to employment.

McHenry County College offers career training programs, industry-recognized certifications, and degree pathways that prepare individuals for in-demand careers. MCC also provides career services, including resume assistance, interview preparation, and job search support to help individuals transition confidently into the workforce.

Project SEARCH

Project SEARCH is a program designed to help young adults with disabilities gain meaningful, hands-on job training and develop workplace skills. Through real-world experience and structured support, participants build confidence and successfully transition into competitive employment within their community.
