Turning Vision Into Action.
The Manufacturing Pathways Consortium exists to grow and strengthen the manufacturing workforce in and around McHenry County.
But vision alone does not build pipelines. Action does.
Our programs and initiatives are designed to support students, job seekers, and manufacturers at every stage of the workforce journey.
Whether you are exploring careers, hiring talent, or looking for your next opportunity, there is a pathway for you.
