“Growing up in McHenry County, I have consistently witnessed the incredible connection and collaboration among so many great organizations. The people working together to build a sustainable and successful community inspired me to get involved.
My career has taken some twists and turns, spanning both the private and public sectors, but one thing has always remained consistent: my drive to serve people. Whether it's serving on the Woodstock School District 200 Board of Education or in my current role at McHenry County College, I have a passion for working to help people achieve their goals. My role within the Workforce Development team at MCC has provided me with opportunities to learn more about the needs of the workforce and how we can support fulfilling them.
I strongly believe in the work of the Manufacturing Pathways Consortium; it fuels the engine that drives the McHenry County economy. Spreading awareness of opportunities for our community, dispelling the myths of what one might think manufacturing is, and sharing another career pathway full of promise and innovation.”
